Buying a Home

Does it cost anything to work with a buyer’s agent? In most cases, no. Buyer agent compensation is negotiated as part of the offer and can be paid in several ways depending on the structure of the transaction. We’ll walk you through all options so you understand your choices before you begin.
Can you help me purchase new construction? Absolutely. Having buyer representation for new construction is critical, as the builder is looking out for their own interests, not yours. Do you work with relocation clients? Yes. We have done lots of relocation work. We assist clients moving into or out of Central Ohio and can coordinate virtual tours, market education, area insights, and referrals nationwide.
Can you recommend contractors, inspectors, lenders, or other professionals? Yes, we have very strong relationships with trusted local partners and are happy to connect you with these vetted resources.
Do you work with investors? Yes. Not only do we work with investors but there are a few of us on the team that are investors ourselves, so we have personal and professional experience and insights. We work with both new and experienced investors on single-family homes, multi-unit properties, and portfolio strategies.
